JevCode

Consulting, agents, and the software between them.

JevCode consults on the systems a business already runs, builds automation agents for the work that repeats, and ships the software in between. Agents run the routine. Money, legal risk, and customer decisions come back to a person.

What you can hire

Three services. Each runs on its own, and all of them end in something your team can run.

IT consulting

  1. Map the work
  2. Decide what to build
  3. Write the scope

A look at how the work actually moves. You get a clear read on what to build, what to leave alone, and what it will take to run. Useful when the tools, the tickets, and the spreadsheets no longer match the job.

Automation agents

  1. Monitoring
  2. Research
  3. Standups
  4. Handoffs
  5. First-pass fixes
  6. A person decides

Agents for the work that repeats: monitoring, research, standups, handoffs, and first-pass fixes. They run the routine. Anything that touches money, legal risk, or a real customer comes back to a person before it proceeds.

Custom software

  1. Web
  2. Phone
  3. Desktop

Web, phone, and desktop tools built for a specific job. Finance, booking, shop orders, rosters, call-centre desks, and the small Mac utilities that sit beside the work all day.

How a project runs

  1. Describe the work

Who does it today, where it breaks, and what must stay in a person’s hands.

  2. Agree the scope

A written cut of what will be built, what an agent may do alone, and what still needs a decision.

  3. Build and hand it over

Software you can run, with the rules written down so the next change does not depend on memory.

Work already in use

These are systems JevCode has built. Some run for a team or a shop. Some are products.

Shuttle booking

Custom software

A booking site for a shuttle operator. It covers airport transfers, city and intercity routes, corporate trips, hotel pickups, and day trips in a 17-seater. A booking is confirmed in the browser or handed on by WhatsApp. No app install.

Shuttle operator

  • Airport transfers
  • City routes
  • Intercity routes
  • Corporate trips
  • Hotel pickups
  • Day trips

Booked in the browser or on WhatsApp

Collections desk

Custom software

A desk for a collections floor. It shows who is on a call, which campaign is running, and whether the day’s target is moving. Collectors, an admin view, and campaign controls sit on one board.

The desk answers

  • Who is on a call
  • Which campaign is running
  • Whether the day’s target is moving

Collectors, admin, and campaign controls on one board.

Agent teams

Automation agents

Hermes runs nine agents that monitor work and report up, with paid model spend capped. JevTeamOS is eight departments and forty-nine skills. Routine work runs. A decision about money, legal risk, or a customer still comes back to a person. A seven-person team each has a chief of staff in their own Discord channel.

Operations

Custom software

Residents order from a weekly flyer and the shop accepts the order on the same page. Schedule Studio builds a monthly roster from staffing rules and leave. A handover board keeps tickets and mail in one place between shifts. A call-centre floor has an admin desk and a collector workstation.

Products

Custom software

Netvra is a personal finance tracker for web and phone. It explains money and does not hold or move it. ReservaNow is a venue booking app. Job Autopilot prepares applications and stops before the candidate submits. JJ NFC is a digital business card opened from a tap. JK Finance is live on the web.

Also on the bench

Custom software

LaunchMac, a menu-bar workspace launcher. Subscription Notch, for AI subscription allowances. SynapseLite, local control for a Razer mouse on a Mac. FamilyOnce, a 48-hour family photo event. CrisisMarket.Live, market and crisis figures with a freshness label. Plus private media players, a paper-trading desk, a fitness log, and a leave ledger that never leaves the browser.

Describe the system, the repeated work, or the software you need. The note opens in your own email app with the To line left empty, so nothing goes anywhere until you send it.
